Mission: To provide air defense for the southeastern United States, as directed by the North American Aerospace Defense Command (NORAD) and United States Northern Command (USNORTHCOM), from Charleston, South Carolina to the southern tip of Florida and across the Florida panhandle

Location: Tyndall Air Force Base, Florida
Mission: To provide operational-level Command and Control (C2) of air and space forces as the focal point for planning, directing, and assessing air and space operations within CONUS NORAD Region (CONR) and USNORTHCOM; to plan and execute JFACC Joint Air Operations Plan and Air Operations Directive; to manage strategic air and homeland security defense air assets; and to provide Commander NORAD/USNORTHCOM with CONUS aerospace warning and control

Mission: To provide a highly mobile, rapidly deployable civil engineering response force; and to perform heavy damage repair for recovery of critical air force facilities and utility systems following enemy attack or natural disaster
tab325th Fighter Wing ANG Associate Unit 
325th Fighter Wing Associate Unit ShieldLocation: Tyndall Air Force Base, Florida
Mission: The 325th Fighter Wing Associate Unit (325FW AU) is the premier Air National Guard (ANG) fighter associate unit, training active-duty and ANG personnel for the F-15 and F-22 Air Dominance Role. The associate unit provides experienced F-15 and F-22 instructor pilots that make up more than 25 percent of the 325FWs instructor manning, responsible for a like percentage of more than 13,000 training sorties and 17,000 plus flying hours annually. Associate unit instructors oversee all aspects of training for Formal Training Unit pilots covering eleven different formal syllabi. The combination Active Guard/Reserve and Drill Status Guard forces are completely integrated into all aspects of the 2nd, 43rd, and 95th Fighter Squadrons, as well as the 325th Operations Support Squadron, subordinate units of the 325FW. In the event of hostilities, the unit can be mobilized to offset the anticipated loss of experienced active duty pilots for AETC F-15 and F-22 pilot training.

tab114th Space Control Squadron 
Location: Patrick Air Force Base, Florida
Mission: The 114th SPCS is a Florida Air National Guard unit gained by Air Force Space Command responsible for delivering defensive and offensive counterspace and space situational awareness, as appropriate, to rapidly achieve flexible and versatile effects in support of global and theater campaigns.  As an Air National Guard asset, the 114th SPCS is also available for state contingencies (hurricanes, floods, fires, domestic response, etc.) and is subject to activation by the Governor of Florida in times of emergency.  Its primary state mission, once activated for an emergency, is to man the Emergency Support Function at the State Emergency Operations Center - Tallahassee, Florida providing critical emergency information for potential or actual disasters/emergencies in order for Federal Government agencies to provide humanitarian assistance to the affected hard hit areas.

Mission: To provide Unified Commands, Services, Defense Agencies and non-Defense Agencies, tactical communications systems to support United States national security objectives during time of crisis, war and natural disaster recovery

Mission: To train wartime ready, professional teams to provide the highest quality meteorological services to varying national, state and local missions
